I am not a violent person in nature, but let me tell you that YOUR hormones are not the only ones that can cause insanity or irrational actions. I have a teenager with raging hormones that can cause, even the most rational person, to throw burnt brownie cookies at her head! I know this because I have done this. Thankfully, Brittni's first attempt to make cookies produced soft cupcake looking cookies, because she felt their presence in the back of her head one day when HER hormones cause my knee-jerk reaction to pitch one, like the Babe, across the kitchen.
On a side note: After a few deep breaths, I left the room and laughed at her. She has baby fine hair and, if you could imagine for a moment, the look on her face when that cookie hit the back of her head and left her hair standing upright and slowly billowing as the cookie bounced across the floor after impact. HA HA!!
As mad as I was, I still had to laugh at her, which had the bonus of infuriating her even more.
Touche!
That's what a lot of sassy mouth, bobbing head, and a little momma action can do when you mix them together! HA HA!!
Needless to say, we created a very funny memory that day, despite the "hormones" that created it.
